1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LearnPiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

LearnPiq is distributed through the App Store, so your use is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use LearnPiq
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

3. Acceptable Use

LearnPiq is a personal learning platform. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app. Leaderboard rankings must reflect genuine learning activity.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

Some information you enter is visible to other people: your display name, your profile picture, and your stats on the leaderboard and in friends' lists. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You agree not to submit, and not to use your display name or profile picture for, anything that is:

• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or targeted at any individual
• Hateful toward, or demeaning of, any person or group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizing a minor
• Violent, gory, or promoting self-harm, terrorism, or criminal activity
• Impersonating another person, brand, or LearnPiq staff
• Spam, advertising, phishing, or a link to any of the above
• Unlawful, or infringing on someone else's rights

Filtering. Display names are screened when you set them, and a name containing a slur or other objectionable term is rejected before anyone else can see it.

Reporting and blocking. Every friend and every friend request has a Report User and a Block User action, reachable from the menu on their profile. Blocking removes the friendship immediately and stops that person from finding you or contacting you again. You can review and undo blocks in Settings > Blocked Users.

Our response. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that violates this section is removed and the account responsible is suspended or terminated, without refund and without prior notice. You can also write to support@learnpiq.com about anything you find on the service.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Course content generated by LearnPiq is provided for your personal educational use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content generated by the app. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the app are the property of their respective owners.

6. Subscriptions

LearnPiq Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan. The exact price and billing period are shown on the subscription screen before you confirm, in your local currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by LearnPiq. Requests can be made through Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Virtual Items

Gems, XP, streaks, hearts, and achievements are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency. Gem packs are one-time purchases that are consumed inside the app and are non-refundable once credited, except as required by law or Apple's refund policy. We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep LearnPiq available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Offline functionality may be limited.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

11. Changes to Terms
